Parties to The Terms Of Use Agreement
Visitors, viewers, users, subscribers, members, affiliates, or customers, collectively referred to herein as “Customer,” are parties to this agreement. Vertex Solutions represent India Transcript for all agreements and legal considerations. University means University, Institute, college, or any other authority from whom service is requested by customer.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your academic documents like degree, detailed marks cards, transcripts, authority letter to apply on your behalf, consent and other information or document required by the service desired.

Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with our service, send us your return request by email at info@indiatranscript.com, please mention your application number, payment receipt and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Your refund request is received and the reason inspected, on our satisfaction of the reasons if your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a payment will be issued to your bank account in 20-25 working days.

Our policy lasts 15 days after you or institute receive the delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

If the application has been submitted to the University, refund will be issued only after deducting Rs. 1500 from service fee charged and university or institute fee. Please note we do our best to submit the application with in two working days after receiving all required documents and payment.
All withdrawals prior to submission to university there will be a deduction of Rs.1000.

Application Processing Policy
India Transcript applies to university or institute or any other organization as required by service requested on behalf of customer with in next 2 to 3 working days after receiving all the required documents and payments.
The processing time of universities vary widely ranging from 7 working days to 28 working days after submission of complete file, and beyond the control of India Transcript. Once after receiving the application India transcript will inform you expected time of processing of your application.
After receiving the documents from issuing authority India Transcript dispatch the same via appropriate method as chosen by customer within one working day. India Transcript does not own any courier company hence any very rare delay by Courier Company or postal service have to bear by customer. Tough India Transcript pus every endeavor for prompt delivery of services desired. The expected time taken by various delivery methods may be chosen during ordering the services.

Delivery and Lost
India Transcript is not responsible for any document lost during transit or any delayed delivery though every genuine effort will be made to provide best services to customer.

Any errors in document
India Transcript applies to university on behalf on customer and university issues the transcript as per its rules and format. India Transcript cannot make any changes in format or remove any error caused by university hence will not be responsible for any causes generated due to error caused by university.

Disputes
As part of the consideration that the Website requires for viewing, using or interacting with this website, Visitor agrees to use binding arbitration for any claim, dispute, or controversy (“CLAIM”) of any kind (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of or relating to this purchase, this service, including solicitation issues, privacy issues, and terms of use issues.

In no case shall the viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer have the right to go to court or have a jury trial. Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer will not have the right to engage in pre-trial discovery except as provided in the rules; you will not have the right to participate as a representative or member of any class of claimants pertaining to any claim subject to arbitration; the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding with limited rights of appeal.
The prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all costs associated with the dispute arbitration, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees, travel expenses.

Jurisdiction and Venue
If any matter concerning this purchase of services shall be brought before a court of law, pre- or post-arbitration, Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer agrees to that the sole and proper jurisdiction will be Rohtak, Haryana, India

ApplicableLaw
Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the state of the Seller.
